GoGo Inflight Wi-Fi Issue Notice
We have been seeing intermittent internet access issues for iPass users connecting via GoGo Inflight.
We have prioritized this issue and have been diligently working with Gogo to resolve the issue. Unfortunately iPass/Pareteum have come to the conclusion to end the partnership with inflight Wi-Fi provider Gogo, hence removed all Gogo enabled planes from the inflight Wi-Fi service.
iPass Pareteum has not taken this decision lightly and remain committed to offering an unparalleled inflight and terrestrial Wi-Fi experience. After lengthy discussions with Gogo, they were not able to come to commercials terms and service satisfaction levels that are in line with what they believe is favorable and fair to the end users.
We are delighted to continue to offer inflight Wi-Fi service on over 1500 airplanes, including those enabled by United, Panasonic, Thales, European Aviation Network, Inmarsat, and ViaSat. iPass/Pareteum are focused on continuing to grow the network with inflight providers that provide excellent connected experience at competitive pricing.
