Global WiFi Client to Support Wearable Devices

The largest global provider of Global WiFi access iPass, today announced support for the newly announced Samsung Gear S. The client software will allow wearers to access 13 million hotspots around the world.

As wearable devices become more sophisticated they will require the ability to transfer more data as their capabilities increase. Wi-Fi will become progressively more important as these devices evolve and require the use of more data.

Discovering hotspots has never been easier for the business traveler on the go. The plan is to make the mobile app available to consumers via Google Play in order to support the Samsung Gear S out-of-the-box.
